Themes for two different post & URL

Hi
Iam now in building posts on my wordpress .

i would like to know , how do i use different themes for different post ?
How do is simply my URL for my post ?

I have one blog with this URL : http://786-heba-ks.com/blog/build-your-career-in-music/
another : http://786-heba-ks.com/blog/dog-obedience-training-secrets/

For the above two blogs, can i change the THEMES, and also can i shorten the URL .

Please help me on this

you can change the themes based on the niche or category you are using. You can also shorten the URL based on the category you are using or use a keyword research tools to find a competitive keywords that is related to your site.
