Selling Theme Website. Organic Traffic with revenue. Cheap.

What is it?

Theme-theme.com is a wordpress based website for different themes to download for Windows, Wordpress, etc etc.

Why am I selling?

It was a project that I took off someones hands, although unfortunately I got involved in another big project which took all my time, so this one took the back seat, and has been neglected over the last year or so. I still do not have the time to update this site so therefore I am looking to sell it, like a number of sites on the server.

What are the traffic stats?

Google Analytics Stats for Jan are attached. Others can be supplied on request via PM.

What are the revenue stats?

It pulls in around $1-$3/month - this is with no promotion - no updates.

What can I expect?

Theme-theme.com has already been indexed by Google and gets very good organic traffic considering no promotion has been done and the site hasn't been updated for a long time. I feel that somebody that can put time into this website could end up making a very good return for what is still a growing market.
