Theme request for Wordpress (for a Job portal site)

Dear DP members,
I have only little knowledge in Blogging and related things. I am maintaining a Job portal site which is in Wordpress. I need a theme like the homepage of this site:

Are there any plugins available for this. If possible I can even purchase a theme if it is exactly like the above.

Thanks for your valuable feedback. Jobpress theme doesn't suit my site. I need a theme exactly like the one which I specified. I would like to pay a descent amount for that.
Can you tell me how much you charge for designing a theme exactly like that ?

 

Basically you need a cms ( content management system ). I don't recommend wordpress if you really in need of those advance features . Btw, if you are a fan of wordpress, please drop me a pm and we can discuss further. Estimate price range will be mid xxx.
