Buying Theme Programmer for WordPress, PHP, HTML5, CSS3, etc.

    I want to create a new custom theme for a older website. I want it on a WordPress for our blog, I want the PHP as well for our fourm, with all the new technology stuff of course but most importantly I want it to be FAST, mobile friendly, I want to know about how updates would be done, and pass all the SEO tests from woorank(dot)com with 100% score.

    Please message me your background, quote for build of theme, and hourly quote if we needed any extra work done on the theme later. I would like to work with someone local (here in the USA) but will consider anyone who can speak native English language and chat over the phone to avoid mass amounts of time lost in communication via messages not being understood.
