theme of my website

i want build a site ,but after a long time ,i don't know choose what kind of theme for my site,what is the trends and popular?
please give me some advices,thanks

 

If you mean technology: web 2.0 and upcoming 3.0 are popular. You should use xhtml and css for your theme.
If you mean keywords - popular as always is porn, dating, poker, cars etc.

 

Try to pick a theme that interests you. You will have much more success that way. If you choose a theme based on popularity you may quickly lose interest and spend less time on the site.

 

Sites like John Chow and ProBlogger look like what sites are becoming more like.

 

If you are new in this field.. Go for a low competition niche first.

You can choose any Niche. i suggest to choose the one for which you can write lot of content.
