I am going to start making my own theme for BluenoserJokes.com And I am wondering is there any theme that I am allowed to use as a base, something like the default theme for phpBB? I am not very goos at starting from scratch
Yes, a lot of (if not most) the wordpress themes that are freely available can be modified. Go to http://themes.wordpress.net/ find a theme you like and check the license of the theme
