Theme for user submited items?

    I want to create a wordpress site that will allow users to submit articles and vote on those articles, kinda like Digg and Reddit. I found a theme called "Plus One" that does this, but I was wondering if there were any other themes out there that do the same thing?

    Plus one looks nice, to be honest I haven't seen anything as good as that before.
