The contest is basically designing a theme for the upcoming CMS. The design is to be simple and clean, professional if possible. The winner of this competition will receive a free copy of the new CMS and his/her theme will be prepackaged with the CMS upon release. All credits and authorship of the design/theme goes to the winner and his/her site, all copyright information will remain in tact.
