    I just opened today TheHyperLinks.com free web directory with featured and footer links option for a low, very low price. I'm confident it will have at least PR 4 - 5 on the next update. You can also visit the Spanish version of the directory, HiperEnlaces.com I'm seeking some sponsors for this first semester. ;)
