    Scammer. did not deliver services I paid for. some poor attempt at answering my email,after filing a complain with paypal. Silence after.

    saying "yes, i have proof" can not use as an evidence. at least show us some screenshot or the copy/paste of the deal/conversation between you and him. that's what we called "concrete evidence" :rolleyes:
