I am experiencing a similar problem with my wordpress blog.
But the serious issue is that now I can't find the i frame on any of my pages but antiviruses are again blocking my site and showing "thedeadpit.com/?click=321046" warning.

I have cleaned my site before.. But now as the code is not visible, I don't know what to do.
Please help guys. My blog is xclips.org

I found an infected index file in wp-admin folder of my WP blog. The problem got solved now. Changed my FTP password too.. So lets see if the site gets infected again by this virus.
