Anyone else had problems with thecashgrab?

    This is his info:

    Goldberg, Isaac
    The Cash Grab
    96 Summit Street
    Burlington, Vermont 05401
    United States
    +1.8023386648

I want to file a lawsuit or something. They signed many of my friends up to a mobile offer - and it started billing us $9.99 per month. And another one billed us $147.

Just be careful of their offers. A warning to everyone else..

Did you agree to any terms? if so did you carefully read them? did they mention any additional fees?

A review of thecashgrab and their terms of service shows that they do not mention the additional fees that might occur.

Should I mount a lawsuit against them? Or should I ask the owner to refund my fees?

What terms did you check? it's possible that the offer you accepted had terms of its own, that may differ from the terms listed on the main website.

The best thing to do here is to contact the website and explain the situation, they may agree to refund you; if they don't then you need to decide whether $156.99 is worth the time and possible legal costs, and then make a decision based on that.

    * If you agreed to terms that clearly outlined additional fees, its very unlikely you would get any money back.

TheCashGrab refuses to refund any money - I guess time to blog hard about them?

I'm with you on Cashgrab! I hate this place. I spent 3 days and nights earning "cash" and when I requested my payout the made me telephone verify. I did that and then after waiting a couple of days for the money to appear in my paypal account, they sent me an email stating they wanted me to scan and send in my drivers license! I did that and now they reset my request to cashout, making my wait an additional two weeks for my money! If I would had know that they would mess with me like that, I would have spent my time more wisely at SquishyCash or another GPT site that I know will send me my money! We work really hard for small amounts of cash, the least they can do is pay up!!!
