    You'll have to find the perfect end-user of the particular niche to get something worthy.

    Great name for the niche! Could also be used as something else too, dunno (blog, news or restaurant).


    So IMHO, think nobody can give you a price range in this one, but nice brandable one. Still a big gamble.

    I would say it is worth low $xx to a reseller, potentially more to an end user.
