Selling TheAlky.com Unique (PHP Mysql) Bar site database w/over 50,000 bars and 9,000 drinks

Up for sale is a custom code (using PHP and MYSQL) content website that I bought off of flippa a few weeks ago. This website was made for users who wanted to find the best drink specials in their area. It could easily be set up to use a subscription based registration for bar owners to be able to update their bar profile. The website is almost a year old and is ready for a new owner. I am selling because I am trying to pay off debts for a new business venture of mine. The website still has a few kinks to work out but overall functions well and just need some loving. Currently, the site gets a little traffic (mostly from google) and makes no revenue since I haven't put adsense or any ads on the website. This is a one of a kind site with a great design and a great start up for anyone who has time for it. Currently the site has over 50,000 bars and 9,000 drinks.The owner will recieve domain, all rights to image and files and the database of bars and drinks.

Domain is registered with GoDaddy till 12/2/2012 If sold for the BIN I will include a FREE YEAR of Unlimited Shared Hosting @ MaddogNoland Web Services (MaddogNoland.com).​

Hi, I'm sorry I forgot to mention that. The site is new to me so I haven't added and analytics or advertisements of any kind so please consider it as no revenue and minimal to no traffic. Thanks!
