    at least temporarily.

These guys have been storming my site like crazy for about 3 months now. Just in my forums alone there was always about 40 of them minimum. (no exaggertion).
Anyway, I was working on installing a directory on a new site, check back in and they are ALL gone. I couldnt believe it.

    I "almost" miss the guys.

Dont know if Yahoo has something exactly like the "sandbox" filter, but they definately have some sort of aging in place, just no where near as long as google.

But if you have some really High PR backlinks (pr 7's and 8's) this seems to have you ranked very quickly (for obvious reasons) in yahoo.

    So who knows.

YahooYSMcm/2.0.0 is what i'm seeing for these bots.
    63.163.102.181
    63.163.102.182
63.163.102.180... all of those ip's are from sprint... they are all hitting the same pages over and over

yahoo search engine traffic way up for me as well... but what a trade-off.

They've now more than doubled msn in the number of visitors they send me.

Rankings and bot activity are about the same.
