microsoft is awesome for makin that cuz they may breakdown a lot but wen they work, they are AWESOME!!!
Well yeah, I like x360 too mate It's very nice (PS3 too ) But I'm more an x360 fan I play like 3 hours every day GTA IV online on x360 It's good to talk with some guys And sometimes there are even girls! Well yeah, another good one from MS
I've always been a Microsoft fan and I love my 360, but there are some SERIOUS issues they need to fix. My CD-ROM drive in my 360 died about a week or so ago. Right in the middle of playing a mission in GTA and BAM! screeching and it dies. Won't read any discs. And, of course, it's a few months outside of warranty. I have so many friends that have sent their 360s in for repair, get a refurb unit back, and are now on their 5th + console because the refurbs keep dying. So I decide to buy a new one instead of paying $100 + to send it in and get a refurb back. I stick my old hard drive into the new unit. Great, I can play GTA again. But, all my arcade games that I spent money on are now a waste. They are all still on the drive, but they all reverted back to "trial" versions. When you purchase arcade games, Microsoft keeps track of what you purchase by your Gamertag. BUT, most people don't realize that they also keep track of the 360 SERIAL NUMBER you downloaded it on. So, arcade games you purchase are only valid on the original unit they were downloaded on. So, you pay money for arcade games that become worthless if (or should I say when, it's inevitable) you have to send your unit in for repair/replacement or if you have to buy another unit like I did. #1 Microsoft should not be having this many system failures. In my household alone, this was our 4th Xbox 360, with my boyfriend and I going through 2 each. #2 Microsoft is obviously aware of the shit*y hardware they made and all the failures, so why haven't they come up with some sort of solution for replacement units and arcade games? I work hard for my money and I don't want to have to keep buying the same things over and over again (Xbox 360s and arcade games). I bought another 360 and if this one fails, I'm not buying another one. I've already given Microsoft tons of my money, so I'm not even going to bother paying for my arcade games again. And since this problem has come up, my entire household has stopped buying arcade games altogether and probably won't buy any ever again. Why bother if the hardware is going to keep dying! I love my 360 and games, but enough is enough!
The graphs are great but in the long run of breaking down is not worth the price of the console or games. Unless they do it purposely to make profit because of what the consumers like about the product. What do you think? You are a chump for technology and would give(or your parents) anything for it?
I had the Red Ring of death when I first got mine after a week. I was pleased that Circuit city took it back and gave me a new one. So far it's working like a charm.
i love my xbox 360 i have had mine for about 3 months however i did it a little different' i could of went out and just purchased one but then the warranty would just be for so long so instead i decided to get a brand new one from a rent to own store reason i decided to do it this way is because while you are paying on it they have to fix /replace it free of charge thats how it works in my area anyway
I prefer the PS3 though. There are a lot of games coming out next year for the ps3. But XBox360 is cool too!
my brother got the red ring on his system and needed to get a new hard drive, it sucked but he still thinks it awseome
I would've bought a PS3, but it doesn't natively support 1080i. I bought the 360 because I wanted to game in HD on my 52" big screen, but other than the fact that it does fully support 1080i theres no other reason why I would buy a 360 over the PS3.
