About the Worker Ants

* abhilash warrier, director – content development and instructional design

abhilash is a budding poet and shall always be.
He loves writing poems, short stories, movie scripts; some day, he believes, a masterpiece shall come through him. Besides writing, he loves reading, watching movies, and writing blogs.

He has over eight years of experience in:

· the following phases of the Instructional Design Life Cycle: Training Needs Analysis, Requirements Gathering, Curriculum analysis, Design specifications, Design Documents, Scripting and Reviewing storyboards.
