    These pages are built with some sort of content generator software, aren't they? Nowadays there are so many like this that I have doubts if they are violating Adsense TOS.

    How difficult is it to write a few words of content?
    If they go to all the trouble of setting it up, why risk getting banned from adsense?

    Does that mean a site like http://www.infobert.com is a violation? That seems to be similar, with the only difference being that it has paragraphcs of content about it (but how can you judge if something is "published specifically for the purpose of showing ads" ?)

    Boy this is a real gray area. If they are updating the content on a regular basis then probably not. It is essentially up to Google as to what they determine the status of a site like this to be.
