The worst hosting provider ?

I suggest you to avoid Servage servers (www.servage.net)

Every day web sites are not aviable for about half hour.
Once was moved content to new server and they lost all my data.

What kind of experiences have ?

 

I've actually only heard good things about Servage untill now.

 

There are always some people with bad experience from a hosting company

 

Downtime, as the OP mentioned, is subjective as well. I, too, have changed hosts due to horrible downtimes.

 

Almost all of my sites are with Servage and I'm very happy with them - Once they had a MySQL problem that was causing my pages to die - I sent a help request, they fixed it.

Another time their MySQL server and Apache server times were about 40 seconds apart - I sent a request and they fixed it.

 

I've tried many hosts big and small. Im sure youll find the smaller the host the better it runs. In general most way overpopulate the server. I had a small page with very little graphics on it took almost a minute to load a simple page. There response to me was that I need to make a text only site LOL. Ya thatll grab peoples attention. There are many tools on the net you can use to see how many sites are sharing your shared ip if your sharing one. Ive done this ebfore just to see how badly overpopulated it is. Unfortunately this can happen with any host big or small. Depending on the server you get put on and the amount of traffic thats visiting your site and the other sites hosted on that server. In most cases you have to realize your still sharing 100mb network card in most cases some may have Gb cards look at your connection speed and do the math. In most cases your running a hit or miss on a quality webhost. It may just be a matter of the server you get put on just keep moving along till you hit one.

 

In last 10 days all my websites in servage server was hacked (third time) !

 

Personally, I've heard mostly bad about them.

 

My nomination unquestionably goes to hostgator - the worst 30 hour relationship I've ever experinced.

how were your sites hacked though? I'm sure the servers are plenty secure but perhaps the script your running has holes? I have heard good things about them in the past too but both go hand in hand when your a large company. Bad experiences will happen.

 

Avoid Lunar Pages like the plague.

That's all I'll say.

 

It is the first time I hear this company. It is too good to believe.


Just wonder why they can provide so much web space with so low price.
