The world is gradually marching towards a severe energy crisis, what with an ever-increasing demand of energy overstepping its supply. We have always known that the energy we use everyday is not unlimited, yet we take it for granted. Oil, gas, power, even water has limited availability. Yet, we have not taken enough precautions to deal with a possible energy crisis. When I say ‘we’, I am not referring to the governments but to all of us, the common people. Oil and gas have already become too expensive, and with each passing day, they are moving towards being extinct. Some ignorant people think that energy crisis is a myth. They fail to see the big picture. There have been three major energy crises so far – the 1973 oil crisis, the 1979 energy crisis, and the 1990 oil-price hike, apart from several regional crisis. Prices have been rapidly increasing for the last five years, thanks to the ever-increasing demand and the increasing shortage of energy resources. How soon will it be all gone? Are the cynics right in saying that we are making a mountain of a molehill, or is the energy crisis for real? Picture this: We have already exhausted 50 percent of the available oil. At the current rate of consumption, the rest of the oil will finish in 32 years! Imagine if the rate of consumption increases! We all know it is bound to increase. So, even the present generation will face an acute energy crisis in the later years, let alone future generations. What are we doing about it? Are we equipped to face the impending energy crisis? What can you and I do to tackle it? For starters, we need to understand the importance of energy in our lives and stop taking it for granted. We have to minimize the use of oil, gas, electricity, or any other fuel. We cannot afford to waste any available energy. It is also important to spread awareness about limited availability of energy resources. Simple things like joining a car pool, switching off car engines at traffic lights, and minimizing the use of gas and oil in everyday activities will help a long way in crisis-readiness. What are the alternate energy options? As a responsible world citizen, start looking for alternate energy solutions like solar energy and wind energy. Employing these alternate power solutions is extremely feasible and cost-effective. You will not only cut down your power bills but also contribute to a better future of the world.
I look at that, and I think, there are far more important things to do as long as there are enough people in the world to dig coal or pedal bicycles. I'm being extreme, but really, it's not as bad as people make it sound. Fear works to raise money and make sure that never happens, and even then no one's ever sure. If we really did start run every vehicle on water, or if you are particular, hydrogen, someone would start complaining about something to do with hydrogen. All of a sudden, being extreme here again, people will be worried about Mac truck bombs loaded with hydrogen fuel tanks. "Oh it can be this small and cause a lot of damage because of the size of the tanker's fuel barrels". Marketing of the mind. You're very convincing, and you could really take that a very long way online if you differentiate yourself but also embrace the green movement. Do it all in your face truthy. Instead of all bubbly, scare people, but make sure you really know what you're talking about before you get everyone all hyped up over crises that might not ever occur. That is not to be rude in any way, and in fact there are many things out there that can scare us, and even scare us into being driven, but I can't get into the marketing of the mind in order to increase the demand of a clenched fist. My mind is really blown, man-made Armageddon, and men running out of a particular resource that would cause him to no longer be able to survive, is about as likely as anything else is. I don't have any claim to oil, and I know the only reason we haven't moved on to a cleaner fuel, and the only reason we haven't moved on to even a renewable fuel, is because the people that run the oil industry haven't been able to walk every aspect of it down into their own tightknit group of ownership yet. Only a few technologies at a time, only the ones that they don't squeeze the life out of or buy for themselves. There would be a crisis long after the fake when they tell us about Jamaica's demand them to give us better technology while the people who make better technology are left to wait until the guys that make the cars and make the boats and make the planes and make the houses the lights and the staging of history are ready with a plan that makes every product sold a piece of property that belongs to them until they settle for the man who works his life in order buy itto support the family that grows with timejust like inflation within the root of all evil. Love and heal, fear and distruct, there are 23 million ways to die, widespread panic and catastrophe is just one of them. Who cares? I see that you care, but how much difference does it make when the only people who have enough money to act as catalysts for that change to really listen to the people like you and I see that change needs to be made. It's because they know the change doesn't need to be made as quickly as they're saying it does, and there are far more important things than saving this earth, like getting off of it. Nice well-rounded poster, and bless you for spreading awareness
Solar energy and nuclear power are developing now . (Obama is taking action to develop new energy like solar energy . Many countries are developing new, green, sustainable energy ) I think the energy crisis can be solved in near future. Anyway we must try our best to save energy.
