He's using Blogger for crying out loud - they could find out who he is and ban him in the blink of an eye.
Obviously not that sharpest tool in the box.

 

He should be very careful. If he banned, Indian webmasters' credibility will be questioned. That is bad for your country. If you are an Indian, you should do something

If he had sent links to hundreds of emails then google will know where this traffic come from.
Pasting adsense code into email box and sent adsense code to emails are stricly prohibited by google and it's against the adsense TOS.
quality of traffic is very important for adsense team. Surely google will check out the source of traffic and will ban his account.
