Well over the pasts months I have seen many people buying and selling "Watch" type sites including me and decided to make a discussion thread. I think it would be great if we all could share some ideas towards these "Watch" type sites and share some tricks of the trade. Since I am going first here are a few tricks I have found over time. (1) If you are using Word Press to set up your "Watch" site then SEO is going to be a very important factor to gain search engine traffic. I have not used any of these plug-ins to help my SEO but I did find if you change the permalinks to " %category%/%postname% " this will bring you very good results in the search engines. Be sure when doing this you set up each individual series as a separate category so it will have something such as " lost/s01e01-title ". (2) Second I have seen a lot of people throw up advertisements on a half built site. This is the wrong thing to do with these types of sites due to you will be banned shortly from where ever you have posted your links due to advertisements and not quality content.
