As a part of one-off campaign [ was asked by the producer to help with 'pimping' the 'star' due to short time - eurovision competition coming soon ], I decided that best tactics for the case - unusually hard because there is no decent copy/description on the channel - is to build links and wait for the consequent traffic wave. As a result now the video has, according to my local seoquake meter, PR4. The video is at - for the purpose of information sharing, for those who want to research and share similar experience - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C2zL7j7yWb4&feature=player_embedded ( hint: in order to look for back link remove the *useless* parameter )
Surely you should have been concentrating on views of the video rather PR of a Youtube page that would get PR regardless.
