I was just watching the 'latest' video from VU http://www.getmusicvideocodes.com/display.php?song=11477 I used to think they were so cool when I was back in art college but jeez take a look at them now. Mo Tucker looks like my grandmother! She was never the best drummer in the World but it didn't matter much because it was the overall impact that was so great. I'm sure some of our younger members will have no clue what I'm talking about but that's cool What about some of the older brigade, any thoughts on growing old gracefully. Or in the VU's case NOT! Man, that sucks. The Velvet Underground used to be as cool as cryogenics. They should stop while they still have some mystique and fond memories of fans shrouding them.
