Is it generally frowned upon to use an image from a site to place into a blog posting. Id like to insert an image from a well known British Si-Fi series but if it means any sort of trouble and annoyance then of course il not do it. Can anyone inform me on this matter?
I would email them and ask permission to use the image. You would be surprised how many people say yes. If the site is copyrighted, then I would not use it without permission
Thanks tgotch, i will email them now and ask for permission, fingers crossed i might get lucky, but even if i dont its ok, worth a try at least.
