    Hello again,

    I have a new problem - I can't update my data. The last update that is shown is the 26./27.01., although I tried to refresh it the last days.

    What is the problem so the update seems not to work right?

    Thanks a lot.

    If you click one of your keywords to manually look it up, what error does it give?

    If I click on ONE of my keywords, than it works fine but the filter doesn't work.
    It's much work to click on each of the keywords to refresh the update...

    So - what's the problem because I dont't want to check each of them for its own?

    Thanks a lot

    Did you click the Check All?

    I clicked "Check all" (that means keywords AND backlinks) and I tried the filter (drop-down-menue that shows, how many keywords are shown for one url) for the different "groups". It all didn't work - I must click on each keyword to get new ranking-results.

    Not sure to be honest... are you using the advanced usage script?

    No - I don't use the advanced usage script. But the strange thing is that I hadn't had this problem at the beginning. At that time, the updates worked fine with the filter-box.

    Empty cache and delete digitalpoint.com cookies and see if that fixes anything.

    I'm not sure what you mean by the filter box... there is no filtering going on with the Check All.

    I'm pretty sure you have managed to turn javascript off. Try turning it on and it will work like a charm.

    @digitalpoint
    With "filter" I mean the drop-down-menue beside the link "Check all" (backlinks and keywords).

    The filter has nothing to do with the Check All link. It's only filtering the display.
