    Google.com has a PR of 10. You can't get PR 10 link anywhere. The page you pointed out has PR 8, also its impossible to get a backlink without NoFollow atribute from there. ;)

    Perhaps it's possible. Google has been outranked for the word "adsense" before. It may not have been for the word "google" but still quite a feat and shows what's possible (or was - perhaps this method no longer works?).
