I am not sure if it is a reasonable question or not, but can you estimate how many backlink we will get? and also do you write articles of your choice or we can request a topic that is related to our site's niche (computer/technology in my case)?

As far the amount of backlinks you will get it is tough to tell how many you will get since I will not know through some of the sites how many links they sent out. What I will do is send anybody who orders the sites where their article has been sent using Unique Article Wizard. Also you will get a full report of the links to the article directory submissions and you will get the original article unspun for your own personal use.
