lol, well I have better things to do. ANyway I have updated the list (you can check the site) for updated list. I have added few more points and few links of Nice SEO Tools. Cheers
This is a really good list, and also a good example of link building at its best. A well worked bit of content "attracts" links. I'm sure most people who found this useful will probably write about it, or at least save the link. Nice work poseidon
Great list, I will print it out tape it next to my computer as a to do list to check off. One question - why no traffic exchange programs?
You got quite a nice list there. It is rather comprehensive. But I may wish to add that it will work only if you have very few websites. The entire list of tasks will take you a lot of time to implement unless you outsource the work.
They just don't work because they have NO quality in it. The traffic which comes from traffic exchanges are mostly fake and most of these programs are easily misused by big fishes. Why loose your visitor to them ?
I have updated the list with few more points. Guys, if anyone of you have a good point than please mention it here with your site url and I will be more than happy to include it citing your link as source reference.
I have again updated the list with few more Link building tips. There is a nice tip about aboutus.org too .
Oh, really nice post. If you put ads in your pages, I will click all the ads one by one. Thanks sincerely.
Indeed you have given great tips of link building but i dont agree with 8.8 .edu Links from blogs are Useless you may be right but only in the case of nofollow .edu links. Can you please explain, why .edu blog links are useless? Thanks much...
No doubt this is very useful list. But here I want to mention one thing, "poseidon" you have mentioned that - 8.8 .edu Links from blogs are Useless - Is it really useless. I dont think so.
ok by useless, I certainly didn't meant absolute useless but don't spend lot of money on buying a blog/forum link from a .edu domain. I remember one person in SP was selling such links for $50+ saying they are PR7. people paid him without even looking at the links (funny!) and the links were useless and needless to say, ppl didn't got refund. Be realistic, its impossible to get a quality .edu link and spamming guestbooks/forums/comment in blogs is not the way to go. So preserve your money and time to do something better.
