The truth about multiple Adwords accounts

Discussion in 'Google AdWords' started by voucher_hound, Jan 20, 2010.

I have two websites that I wish to advertise using AdWords. I also have a bunch of AdWords vouchers.

In order to utilize them, I'd obviously have to create a number of separate AdWords accounts. I only plan on running one at a time (exhausting all of the voucher funds) prior to running ads on the next account, and so on...

I've been reading an awful lot about people getting banned for doing just this, and the last thing I want is to be banned from Google in the future - since I do plan on using actual cash for AdWords once I get off the ground, so to speak.

Does anyone have any advice on the proper way to handle this so I don't get banned? I've heard using epassporte.com for virtual credit cards for each account is a good idea, but that is as far as I've gotten in the advice department. Keep in mind I'm using the same IP to create/utilize each account and I'd be essentially advertising the same two websites.

Any ideas or feedback here is greatly appreciated.

I doubt it will ban you since they don' allow you to use certain vouchers on some accounts. ( e .g : "Your account is to old to use this voucher" - i was working for a company that received it, so I had to make another account)

I guess is not a problem if you are not using the same credit card all the time.

I think that Google tracks voucheds that were redeem on the same google account.

So by openning a new account you will solve this issue, but you will have to create all campaigns from scratch.

Can I have more than one Google Account?

Yes, but one of the benefits of using a Google Account is to help you consolidate multiple logins. We suggest you maintain different Google Accounts if someone already knows your email and password or if you want to separate your personal services from your professional services. If you do have more than one Google Account, you can only be signed in with one at a time.

It doesn't say that new accounts cannot use Adwords vouchers.

I donno this can be a tricky subject there is no doubt that you can open multiple accounts but the problem occurs when you open all of these accounts with vouchers. There is a possibility you may get away with it but it if you open upwards of 3 make no mistake you will be banned that may even happen if you just do two. I would read very carefully what Google has to say regarding vouchers not regarding multiple accounts.

Ofcourse there is a chance I could be wrong... Are these vouchers free $50 links etc?

can be look like simple thing.but it will throw you in more troubles...if your login accounts has been crashed of simply because of multiple accounts...dont take it loose....by creating 3 accounts for any kind of illegal purpose...you will benefited by personal login n another login account for professional use..
