i see that people are now selling blogposts on pr3+ websites....what are they really good for? i mean your post will end on a 30 40 50 60 page then what is it good for?only because the home page has pr3+?
please share some thoughts from your experience before i invest into this kind of seo
thanks a lot...best and honest answer gets a rep point :)

yeap. but as it gets older, it will stop counting. Go on page 50 / 60 on this forum, and google one of the thread, it will not appear, which makes the sig links useless. Same thing for blog.

It has a short term benefit and that's why you need to actually be part of the community. you can't just drop a couple of irrelevant answers in 10 forums/blogs a day and expect to have permanent backlink this way

I don't agree with what people are saying here. If it's a unique content blog and individual pages also get backlinks I don't see why one shouldn't invest in that. Blog posts are a good way to get referral traffic as well a natural looking contextual link. If you worry about PR, most popular PR3 blogs would have many PR1/2 blog posts.
