These days, I see many people working in a company as a salesman or marketing executive. The only issue is that they hardly stick for a good time. On an average, there are many people who work only for a year and then look out for a new company and that company promotes a new product. So each time he changes a new company, he also changes his experience with a new type of product experience. Why is there so much of inconsistency in a marketing job for an employee.
In two words - because of the specifics of the marketing job. However, though the product experience is different, the strategies to apply are not so numerable indeed.
