Content is everything when it comes to making money online. Content can be charged for, used to get traffic etc. If you can create good content, there is a demand.

Haha, yeah you have to always look at the positives. The economic downturn is only effecting certain types of online businesses and not effecting others, in my opinion. I think that it depends on what niches you're in and how you're marketing to those niches.

Spending is down in most areas, but not in all areas. One of the great things about being an experienced marketer is that my online business is flexible. I have many different revenue streams, I can always put more or less effort into various streams.

I don't think jobless claims will be a major factor in making money online. The reason is that most people either don't have a computer or Internet access, don't have or don't think that they have the computer skills to make money online or just think it is a scam or fools gold. There may be a rise in people looking to make money online, but I don't think that it will be too great to overcome or anything like that. The bottom line is, there will always be competition. I take the attitude that I will do things better than them and I focus on going out and doing that. I should also note that there is so much money out there to be made online, that I feel like there is always room for at least one more:)

Well, I dabble in new areas for many reasons. I may find a new and more profitable and easier way to make income online. We're all always looking for that, right? On the outsourcing empire note, I have a new great information product about that, that I will be releasing to the forum, very soon.

    Thanks Buddy!

Wyoming huh, I had an ex from there, she was hot. Blue eyes and blonde hair, just too distant for my liking. Back on topic, I've tried about everything that you can online and I've fallen flat on my face and I've also been very successful online. This is what I've come up with.

Good to hear that you have an online money machine!

Most people don't, believe me, I've been there and I've
coached so many people and talked to so many that
    haven't had that.

I go for selling information but I disagree with the use of keywords,I think this already to old and I dont think this type of ebook can survive the competitions of online business anymore

Thanks for your feedback about current market conditions. It's good to find something positive and encouraging from someone who knows what he's talking about!

Do you use craigslist to advertise your products? I tried it once but there is such enormous traffic, I thought my ad got lost in an avalanche of competition.

I've got Web 2.0 on there. I consider craigslist a Web 2.0 site. I haven't had a ton of success promoting my products on there. My ads get pushed down too fast and craigslist is pretty sickening when it comes to posting multiple ads and getting them to stick. Just my two cents on marketing on craigslist, in that way.

Thanks! I will hold off on that strategy for now. I have also never had any luck with other classifieds, like Adpost.
