    I don't use too many affiliate programs but the main one that I could list would be Commission Junction (CJ). Always reliable and never had an issue with them.

    I heard it is hard to get CJ account approved, also they are all big affiliate with big name behind it, so the promote is a bit different than the clickbank products.
