The suggestion to make backlinks……..

Hi,
I have US client and he want me to bring the keywords on the first page in two or three months, so for this, I should choose the particular country sites to make the back link or any other country site would work to make the keyword visible on the first page? Please provide some suggestion….

 

Its not easy for getting #1 lots of depends of your niche and your website, now a days you have to do 100% on-page and then think about local business listing and other quality back links, u already commitment with client 2 to 3 month and you are asking this question here, well if u didn't know about starting steps for targeting particular country then you should not commitment this with client. (Its my personal suggestion)

 

if your client's business is focusing on locality, then you should optimize it for with getting local backlinks.
Try to study your competitors then you will btter understant what you need to do.

 

YouTube videos can help to increase site visitors and bring the site on first pages of search results. please focus on videos.

Well in your above post you mention that, yes your visitors can increase or some how get instances & back links too but ranking on SERPs & posting video's both are different things, getting #6 place with 5 years? GOOD WORK

 

Wow if 2 or 3 month enough to bring some website to first page that would be great, but to be first rank that not easy and take lot time and effort. You need to research what Keywords and topic popular on USA country then seed the keywords with Good Backlinks. Slow but sure someday you will on page one.

If talking about backlinks , you can try find it from Web Directory.

 

You should build the back links from websites related to your client website content. Also, the quality of the back links is more important than the quantity, having a few back links from good decent websites is more effective than having hundreds or thousands of back links from low quality websites, the latter will only harm your client website.

 

What do you want local ranking or global? If you want local ranking you should target your local sites. And for global ranking analysis your competitor and then build link accordingly.

 

I would suggest that you do keyword research first but it seems that you and your client do not have any idea how link building and keyword ranking works?

 

Umm, there's no way to be on the top spot if you're just going to start from scratch. I think you and your client need to understand SEO a bit more. That being said, if you have an American client, you should simply place links on American sites. Putting it on international ones is nonsensical imho.

 

Search for Social booking sites .
Do some blog commenting on better blogs.
Guest posting is very helpful if the website has some quality content.
Focus more on on page now.

First of all from Google webmaster you need to set location USA
Then write content with proper keyword density
Install SEO quake and check the keyword density (It should be between 2 to 3%)
After one week check Google webmaster tool, Click on Google Index, Than Click on Content Keywords.
Your main keywords should be in top 5 list in Content keywords

Don't target direct hayper link to your website though Blog Commenting
If you want to do blog commenting then use social profile for link back other wise Google consider as spam
