Basically I had 20,000 directories that I wanted to run through an ipchecker... So I created it with some help from the digitalpoint programming forum an ipcheck based on domain... After running the current directories a huge chunk have the same ip... 75% have the same ip! Now I'm really sure, but will Google still place emphasis from all of these directories that have the same ip, or will it penalize them... Funnily enough almost most of them are coming from the ip range 174.120.***.*** I'm thinking maybe some company has created a few directories... I'll check on Feb to see if there are any matches there too. www.linkinventor.info 174.120.127.59 gappy.info 174.120.128.59 gipto.info 174.120.128.59 gucro.info 174.120.128.59 hamy.info 174.120.128.59 hatpi.info 174.120.128.59 hatri.info 174.120.128.59 jineus.info 174.120.128.59 kaffy.info 174.120.128.59 kafri.info 174.120.128.59 kavise.info 174.120.128.59 karary.info 174.120.128.59 kirsmas.info 174.120.128.59 kitey.info 174.120.128.59 Code (markup): directoryspark.info 174.120.246.6 linksdynamo.info 174.120.246.6 linksjar.info 174.120.246.6 directoryalbum.info 174.120.246.6 directoryadd.info 174.120.246.6 directoryadvice.info 174.120.246.6 directoryamuse.info 174.120.246.6 directoryaccept.info 174.120.246.6 directoryalert.info 174.120.246.6 alivedirectory.info 174.120.246.6 www.announcedirectory.info 174.120.246.6 dampdirectory.info 174.120.246.6 glowlinks.info 174.120.246.6 grablinks.info 174.120.246.6 hugedirectory.info 174.120.246.6 judgelinks.info 174.120.246.6 jamlinks.info 174.120.246.6 hitlinks.info 174.120.246.6 busydirectory.info 174.120.246.6 breezydirectory.info 174.120.246.6 followlinks.info 174.120.246.6 www.fancylinks.info 174.120.246.6 acceptlinks.info 174.120.246.6 fuzzydirectory.info 174.120.246.6 keeplinks.info 174.120.246.6 joinlinks.info 174.120.246.6 greetlinks.info 174.120.246.6 marrylinks.info 174.120.246.6 kisslinks.info 174.120.246.6 picklinks.info 174.120.246.6 pluglinks.info 174.120.246.6 passlinks.info 174.120.246.6 burndirectory.info 174.120.246.6 planlinks.info 174.120.246.6 pokelinks.info 174.120.246.6 copydirectory.info 174.120.246.6 bombdirectory.info 174.120.246.6 preferlinks.info 174.120.246.6 polishlinks.info 174.120.246.6 pushlinksdir.info 174.120.246.6 www.directorycamp.info 174.120.246.6 Code (markup): dirtoday.info 74.52.129.114 linkstoday.info 74.52.129.114 internallinks.info 74.52.129.114 addinglinks.info 74.52.129.114 bestdirectoryonline.info 74.52.129.114 bestplaced.info 74.52.129.114 Code (markup): www.linkinventor.info 174.120.127.59 gappy.info 174.120.128.59 gipto.info 174.120.128.59 gucro.info 174.120.128.59 hamy.info 174.120.128.59 hatpi.info 174.120.128.59 hatri.info 174.120.128.59 jineus.info 174.120.128.59 kaffy.info 174.120.128.59 kafri.info 174.120.128.59 kavise.info 174.120.128.59 karary.info 174.120.128.59 kirsmas.info 174.120.128.59 kitey.info 174.120.128.59 Code (markup):
it would be awesome, to list the directory with the their IP, we dont have to bother submiting our sites many directories at same IP server
I've seen directory networks with hundreds of directories, all on the same IP, with the same design and layout, the same ads, etc. BTW, All the directories in your lists are .info domains.
Ok, I've created a script for anyone to check domains via ip addresses. So you can check text lists. http://www.massipchecker.com/index.php
I like that! Well done. Would suggest that the user should be able to leave the http on, your script can just cut it off. Would be good, too, to have results stored for x days and be given a link so we can link directly to the results via forum post or email. Infact, you should be storing all the results anyway because then you can say X is on this ip, we have previously discovered these sites on that same IP.
Ok, I enabled both http:// and without http:// Users can now register, log in and they can link to their results... I've also added two more features... The first feature is a simple page rank feature, that will sort each domain via pagerank. The second is a free directory list that will list all of the directories searched for and sort them via page rank. If a domain is entered that is duplicate, it will choose the ip with the highest page rank. Therefore you're not double dipping. Currently users can also purchase a 100 directory that are completely free and tested for submission without needing reciprocal. I'm also considering bundling the packs with submission...
