    If you are trying to trick them AND discussing it you deserve to get caught.

    I dont even understand why there is a poll? Freedom of expression. IMO - discuss what you want. There is no law against discussing how to commit an assination or make 'xtc'. So they should be fair game too.. now i you insight someone to do it, or you do it, thats a different matter.
