    A bit to much contrast in those colors... a bit more work and it could be improved...

    Site have very bad colours on it and you have chosen bad colour combinations so try to change it .. Ads are blended well and forum looks nice and clean too but just got one section with one topic in it

    Hmm, well I have to have the color scheme as black, gold and red. But any other combinations?

    I agree with newyears1978 .
    Plus, on the right, the first adsense block had breakout the DIV/table that wrap it .

    Looks clean on first sight but then I burned my eyes.
    Seriously, if I were you I will:

    - change the background.
    - instead of using black, I'd use grey.

    Overall, it is still a good site. :)
