Buying The services of a programmer/site designer

    Good day,

    I am looking for a programmer/designer to create a simple link directory similar to DMOZ & BOTW and be validated by W3C Markup validator. A site easy to ready bo the sighted and the blind who use text-to-speech readers.

    I would like the index page to list all the states and territories of the United States as categories without sub categories.

    I would like the links within the category page to appear in alphabetical order. I want to be able to edit the title and descriptions and for people to be able to submit sites as you can in DMOZ for free as long as they pertain to the blind, deaf-blind and low vision but that each page have a few "Sponsor This Page" links at the top of the page just below the banner.

    Please let me know if you can do this and what the cost would be for me.
