If you have less RAM, stop services that are not really needed. For example, munin, do u really use it ? If not uninstall it. If you have only 1 sites, better not to use cpanel, that too can save memory and cpu time. What type of site you are running ?

I would say that Uninstall Munin and Awstats! they both suck in my opinion!

Whats the use of using MUNIN+AWSTATS+MRTG ? Only MRTG is enough for monitoring bandwidth to your hard drive space!

This will help if your server is going offline due to server load, what you have to do is monitor the server and find why the server is going offline, may be some site get too much access or some code use too much resource get lot of access causing the server going down. I suggest you to install csf firewall, that comes with lfd, that can mail you if server load is high.

The fdcservers.net staff told me that they will need to reinstall the whole server but I think someone will know the resolution of the problem without doing it.

    Thanks

actually this is a cpanel addon.
install it and then turn off the update service.

as it hogs your cpu when trying to update
    w /usr/share/munin/munin-update
    look for cpannel addons

We moved all of our services to managed, since then our uptime has been 100% and our servers have been VERY secure.

Consider moving to a managed solution, it doesn't cost much more at all.
