Hi to all! I've recently come across such a method of generating positive adjustments in your mind. Here it is. Replace a negative adjustment "I don't want to be poor" to positive adjustment "I want to be rich", "I'm not ill" to "I'm quite healthy" and so on. It really works - I can say it from my own experience.
When negative feelings takes over your mind its really not that easy to start thinking positive... even if you have to lie to yourself
@Warner Thats a nice post. Yes positive thinking really works. Infact Thoughts work. So if you are negative then they will work negatively. So you might as well be positive.
Life is at times so very much stressful that it becomes impossible to maintain a positive frame of mind... all the time! But I guess... OP is correct, one just needs to remove the words like 'NO', 'NOT', 'NEVER' from the mind's dictionary! Regards, RightMan
the secret is to be able to think negative. if you cant, you are always thinking positive so you dun need the secret

Yes you are right but I think if you go with meditation then you don't need to be prefix in your mind, You will be automatically positive in each case..
Ya, meditation is the solution for being positive in each case but it needs some practice to put it in action.
Positive thinking will help us boost our morale and help us become more motivated, thereby becoming more productive. Thoughts become things too, so choose the good ones.
There is so much value to be gained from positive thinking, - how different our lives could be if we were taught this in our childhood. Keep at it Warner, it gets easier with practice I find!!
