The "Scammed" Free Help Service So everyone out there who has been scammed, I know scams happen, and how they happen, and that at times they are unavoidable, so yeah. You might have lost a lot of money to being scammed etc. But I'm here to help you, for free! All you have to do is, post the following details in this thread: Scammed for: Type of Scam: Where did you get scammed: Who scammed you: Money scammed: Link: and I'll try my best to help you, by doing the work the scammer promised to do, or by trying to compensate through some other way so you could recover some of your loss if not everything. Volunteers are welcome! Paying us anything is not necessary in return of our help . This thread would also serve as a scams discussion thread, talking about the growing number of scams in the Internet world. You could also donate PR domains, stale blogs, links, reviews on your blog etc. so that through this thread, they may be supplied to the people who got scammed and they may get some of their lost money's worth back. Why are you doing this? Well, I have been scammed back in the days as well, and I know how it feels, so yeah, I hardly ever get any free time, but when I do, I want it to be utilized in the best way possible. Plus this is an effort to make Digitalpoint a better place with the growing number of scams. Do NOT - Ask for money - Ask for help without providing proof - Curse/abuse anyone. - Post the same scam twice - Post scammings from over 3 months ago. Thanks! IT (sticky appreciated)
That's very kind of you, but from the looks it would not be a simple job. Anyway best wishes to you and do count on my support whatever or whenever I can be of assistance.
Don't worry about that Jimmy boy. Our goal is to decrease the "size" of the loss the person has had, if its a small one, then they might just get everything worth the loss back, however in bigger losses, only a part could be compensated. IT
What are you going to do? Pressure the scammer into paying up? I think that it's great that you trying to help but I don't understand what you are going to do(or if there is anythig to do after the scam, usually people just chalk it up to bad judgement and move on).
