The right amount of search traffic

    Don't put a limit, work on it as much as possible.. search traffic really converts very well.

    I get about 80% of my traffic to all my sites from the search engines (with the vast majority of that traffic coming from Google).

    This is the best type of traffic to get because it is extremely targeted (and free of course) and if you own a blog it should keep on growing and growing as you write more posts because your blog posts themselves will be ranking for lots of long-tail keywords.

    If i were you, i would have aimed to get all my traffic through google. It is really a targeted traffic.

    Ideally you should get no less than 1/3 rd of the total traffic to your site from search engines.
