Hehe. Probably. I was given that advice when I was threatened with a trademark lawsuit last year. He said sue them first; bring the case here instead of having to travel up there. It makes sense; if you know you are gonna get it. But I think that if someone were really gonna sue, they wouldn't announce it to the world.
I too doubt it.. there are so many blogs now than 2005, and people are much more informed, but still there are many people who would fall for it ( specially people with no vision and experience). I have read his book, but only past first 4 pages I knew he sales Bullshit. 100% pure. Fictional things. He asks people to bullshit.. his only success rule of thumb - "Give bullshit to your potential buyer". This line pretty much summarizes the entire book.
It seems to be a good time for him to sell his business, regardless what his financial situation might be.
Well, if he had the money to sue he wouldn't be buying his clothes on ebay. Armani jeans? How does he know they aren't knock offs. SMH This is a dark day.

So what your saying is that I shouldn't pay attention to what Shoemoney posts. Now why in hell would I care about Kelly's blog opinion then? Whether it's true or not, the threat to sue was what pushed people over the edge.
