In 2001 No one knew that he even exist on this earth.. People started noticing him in mid 2005 when he came up with richjerk website and his aggressive marketing technique.. believe it or not.. there are people buying his ebooks in a hope to earn some extra money..

I was told by a lawyer that if someone threatens to you sue you; you should sue them pre-emptively to make the case in your city and not theirs. Make them pay all the travel/etc to get to you and not vice versa. He said that ends most lawsuits rather quickly, when people realize how much time is gonna be involved in going back and forth. Especially petty stuff like this.
