A lot of us here have decided to become a freelance writer because it's a profession wherein you are in control of your time. Plus, it gives one the freedom to work at home. I, for one, chose to hone my skills in writing as it allows me to unleash my imagination. Plus, I get to make a living from the things that I like to do and not just because I have to. What about you? What is your reason for jumping into the freelance writing wagon?
I am just staring my freelance career because I would like to earn some extra cash by writing, programming, designing etc. I will continue working 9-5, but I plan to slowly build my freelance career!
I'm right with you Officialken87, I love being a writer because of the fun of it and the need for skill is very important. I also love being able to give my customers just what they want in the form of great writing.
