The last I heard, Digital Point is Shawn's. He shares DP with the public. He can instruct his mods to give infractions according to however he/they want to give them, to make this forum what he wants it to be. Period. It's not intended to be a democracy.

 

How did that happen? from banned to grunt just like that?

I had an infraction once - I was too trusting and it came back and bit me in the butt.

I got a little upset and went on a ranting binge. (Note to self - less ranting)

 

lol I got an infraction on my very first post, while I was looking for another thread to post in. I almost cried. NO VALUE? what? wtf? I think I said something like, good question OP or something really stupid and it really didn't have any value. So after spending alot of time reading posts, I realized why posts like that get an infraction. Then I got another for putting a referral link in a post before I knew the rule Oh well it will expire soon

Didnt blow up a huff about it lol, The rules are the rules and thats how its meant to be.

 

There are A lot of people like that, I find it pretty annoying.

 

i think it's the bug showing he is banned, you can still red rep him, rep is not allowed on banned members, so he is showing banned, but the rep is showing you can rep him still so it's the VB ban glitch

 

no this time he's banned for good.
