...AGS? I don't see what a particle accelerator has to do with this, albeit, is it a nobler human aspiration than any conflict. I believe France is building one that will put the AGS to shame.. Anyway...look at history. Do you think the manner the U.S runs gov't is much different that empires that existed throughout history? The masses have a warped view of reality gov't feeds you. Aren't you curious about what's really taking place? You seem to deny and often ignore the points the theorists share with you, calling them idiots. Your argument is mute. I can't say I believe every aspect of the truth seeker/conspiracy theorist's argument, but it's clear there are enough dodgy elements in this whole story(not to mention the last century's U.S gov't history) to conclude that what they tell you on FOXnews isn't the entire truth...and the truths told may very well be warped.
I agree there are some supcisious things regarding the whole 911 incident but my whole theory lies in that there would be at least one person who would have come to the masses by now and told about what really happened. Then you have Osama taking all the credit for the incident.
This fellow brings up a different angle on this topic: http://www.counterpunch.org/werther02182006.html I like his wrap up! The American public...duped again! D'oh!
Is that a subscription link I see? You too, can get all the tinfoil you deserve, if you give us money, we'll give you info that ordinary people don't have, so that you can tell others they "were duped!" Why, this will allow you to set yourself above ordinary people, because you will be able to see things they don't! Do things like this *really* make you proud?
Proud? I think you misunderstand the motivation behind expanding one's frame of reference. Did you read the article? What do you think? I seek your point of view, not juvinile(and predictible) criticism. Do you ever critique your goverment's global policy? Are you familiar with how many modern wars are begun?
I don't pretend to bash America under the pretenses of "just asking questions" or "critiquing." There are plenty of people here that do.
So you didn't read the article. I suppose if it were featured on FOXnews you might give it some thought. To clarify, you see those that question the cause of the "War on Terror" as people looking for a smug sense of superiority and a chance to bash America, that's it? Do you believe your gov't to be truthful and faultless? The unquestioning patriot vs the relentless skeptic. Do you think there is any neutral ground(besides winos or drug addicts)?
I think that's becaue the "theorists" have been proven wrong numerous times. When people cling to discredited theories, they exhibit idiocy, correct?
no Lorien, when we prove them wrong, it just proves to them how much of a Neocon we are. We need some "Neocon Pride" bumper stickers
Hmm, wonder if that kid is "thinking for himself," or just another "sheeple," being told what to think? You gotta love it when stuff like that backfires AGS, you are a God send, I must admit! You prove my points so often, it's almost eerie!
I've just read the Popular Mechanics take on the event, and various alternate media sources. It seems...that using language you can convince anyone that anything is truth. I guess this is why I'm not political by nature, as the fools on both right and left frustrate me. Still, I'm curious if the supporters of the current U.S gov't believe we'll be able to sustain this productive and decadent society, with our limited resorces here on earth? When the only oil is used to fly warplanes...will you still support global conflict?
Will the current administration deplete limited resources on earth? There's still plenty of tin foil left
