great proxy list but most of the proxies are slow. You don't get speed in your submission especially sites which contains graphics and large data. also speed of proxies vary according to country.
T9space.com is one good proxy. especially when you use orkut, facebook. It'll discard css most of time, but still many blocked sites will be accesible.
