Yet another one: http://theproxysites.com/ The previous owner let it go and now its been rebuilt. Only 1 site listed but the domain has a PR2, thousands of links to it and active traffic. Could use some signups though.
A serious must have for proxy owners is ninja-blue.com A PR3, no back link required and once submitted your proxy will go out on a list of over 2000 desperate proxy users. If your proxy is a good one and gets positive feedback then it will be sent out to a premium list as well. The site offers a revenue share scheme and accepts all proxy related sites. So submit your proxies topsites, themes and blogging articles about proxies.
Some people forget http://mwolk.com which is one of the leading lists after Proxy.Org & Tech-Faq.Com So I hope you can use that one too (it helps, but it isn't mine ) Mine helps a lot too though, with a 160K alexa (way much better than 95% than all other proxy lists) I'm also one of the best & fastest growing lists on the web! He accepts 3 proxies per day and has a pretty long waiting list... it takes longer than other lists indeed, but remember.. Your site gets mailed to his subscribers + Mwolk is very active so it's worth it Greetz
